<p>Heath Kilgour is the co-founder of <a href="http://footytips.com.au">footytips.com.au</a>. The business was started in his lounge room with a friend while at Uni in 1999 and footytips.com.au has grown to be one of Australia’s largest sporting sites with 1.4m UB’s per month. Footytips.com.au was acquired in August 2011 by global sports giant ESPN (part of the Disney group).</p>
<p>During this time, Heath and co-founder Nathan sold the business to Tattersalls and bought it back again 5 years late. After buying the business back, they focused the business heavily on the advertising space creating some stellar growth. More recently, the business has been focused heavily on mobile sites and apps with great success.</p>
<p>Heath studied Marketing at RMIT and his career started at Deloitte and an early dot.com advertising company.</p>

<p>Nick Shelton is the owner and publisher of <a href="http://broadsheet.com.au">Broadsheet Media</a>, a Melbourne based media company with multiple touch points across digital, mobile and print. The brand takes a sophisticated approach to covering Melbourne’s food and drink, nightlife, art and fashion.</p>
<p>Broadsheet is now 18 months old, has a Melbourne monthly audience of 100,000 people totalling well over a million monthly page impressions. The company is now expanding and will be opening a Sydney audience in the coming months.</p>

<p>Tim O’Neill is the joint Managing Director of Reactive, a global digital agency that specialises in creating effective online strategy and solutions. Established in 1997 and employing over 75 staff, Reactive is solidly growing independent company.</p>
<p>Tim O’Neill is one of two co-founders, who both remain actively involved in the day to day running of this highly awarded digital agency.</p>
<p>Tim’s fourteen years at the helm of Reactive have made him an expert in digital design and strategy as well as retail eCommerce, mobile and social media. His role also includes account direction and business development.</p>
<p>His career started in the technology industry at Sausage Software, back in the pioneering days of the company. The experience gained at Sausage has been invaluable in leading Reactive.</p>
<p>Tim’s passion for the internet encompasses both visual and technical spheres, with a commitment to providing robust solutions that meet business objectives, which also look great. Tim has vast experience with a range of clients, and has worked closely with clients such as British Airways, Tesco, STA Travel, Melbourne Airport and the Victorian Government.</p>
<p>Tim established Reactive’s London office in 2005, and returned to Australia after three years of success in the UK. Tim is currently on the Victorian Committee of AIMIA.</p>

<p>The deceptively simple product is the result of many good, bad and fun things learned along the way producing the Shopping Secrets book series, the short lived, but much loved A7 magazine and playing cards, the game of 500 to be specific.</p>
<p>More recently Michelle teamed up with Shaun Ervine, a local developer who taught himself the iPhone app language faster than most. Together they developed and released DRINK. Melbourne the iPhone app version of Bar Secrets Melbourne within the first five months of the app store opening putting it in the first 10,000 apps to come online. Apple has worked with Deck of Secrets to promote the iPhone through the apps and as such they have appeared in print and TV commercials.</p>
